Facial massage for men
Men carry a lot of tension in the jaw and face too: from clenching at the screen and grinding at night to tension from sport and stress. At Beyond by Yas you get a calm, practical, no-fuss treatment focused on jaw, neck and head. Reveal (75 min, €111) is the most popular choice.
No spa fuss, just results. Many men come to Yasmin because their dentist said they grind, because they get headaches at the end of a working day, or because their partner suggested it. They leave with a jaw that finally lets go.
Sound familiar?
- You clench your jaw when focused, in traffic or during sport
- Your dentist sees wear from grinding
- You get tension headaches or a stiff neck
- You sleep restlessly and wake up tired
What happens during the treatment?
You lie on a treatment table under a blanket. Yasmin first releases the neck, shoulders and head, then works on the chewing muscles, also from inside with gloves. No sticky creams, no candles required. Just 75 minutes in which you don’t have to do anything.
Afterwards
Most men feel more space in the jaw and a calmer head straight away. You can go straight back to work or home. To keep the effect, a short series helps.
Questions
Is this for men too?
Yes. Jaw clenching, teeth grinding and tension from stress or sport are just as common in men. The treatment is calm, practical and no-fuss.
Does buccal massage hurt?
It can feel intense on tense spots, but it is never forced. Yasmin works within your limits and you say what feels right. Most people find it deeply relaxing.
Does it replace my dentist, physio or night guard?
No. A treatment can help your chewing muscles relax and ease discomfort, but it does not replace medical care. If pain persists, please also see your dentist, GP or physiotherapist.
How often should I come?
One treatment often makes a noticeable difference. If you want to go deeper, a short series a few weeks apart followed by occasional maintenance works well for many people. Yasmin will discuss what suits you.
